Okay, so I never got back to post my Christmas cards - I know, I know... but since my last post the little birdie did not make it - I know, sad. I really thought he was going to pull through. I now have to decide if I want to get the mate a new mate or turn her into a pet. She is very sad so I am leaning to getting her a new mate. I'll keep you posted.
I was going to blog that day, but time got away from me and Christmas consumed my every waking moment. But, I have been very super busy and I have some exciting news!!! I designed two cards this month for The Shaker Box "Shakin' Card Kit club! My BFF Brenda and Amy Duff also designed some FABULOUS cards! Check them out here! I seriously cannot wait to post my creations...but The Shaker Box kits are mid-month so I don't get to post until the 15th of January. I can tell you this though, the kits are awesome and jam-packed with so much stuff! And the kits were designed so that the customer would have cards to make for Valentine's Day OR someone you love ...that is a hint enough so I will be quiet now!
And..I have been chosen to be a Guest Designer for Kelly over at her shoppe, Keep In Touch Card Shop for the month of January! I received my kit last week and let me tell you, I love it! I have bought kits from Kelly in the past and I have always been happy with them. This one is HUGE and filled with some really cool, vintage stuff! I cannot wait to post my projects!! I am so excited to be working with Kelly too. I feel like the luckiest person in the world!
I will post some layouts and cards from the crop late tonight but for now, here is a little card that I made for my son's girlfriend Rachel. Her birthday is right after Christmas and I just wanted her to know how much I care about her. Sweet girl!
I got her a really cute pink sweater, some yummy vanilla soap, lip gloss and a brown cow Webkins (she is in 4-H and shows a beautiful brown little cow). I hope she likes everything!!!
Well, I am off to get ready for the crop, but I will be back! Thanks for stopping by!
